Winter Inspiration / Tartan


Hi everyone! Hope you are having a nice third week of Advent.
Tartan is a plaid woven in wool, designed in Scotland. Tartan is recognized fashion equivalent for autumn/winter time for many years. From classic tartan patterns, to grunge plaids and bright plaids. With every new season appears in a new direction and expanding its horizons. For the colder months it can be really warm cozy and yet looks elegant.

    I love the classic tartan colors! They look so chic yet cozy but I'm not sure I could pull off the brighter colors though!

    I wonder if its worth buying any pieces for the wardrobe, it would seem to hard to reuse any of these pieces during any other time of the year. Maybe its worth just buying from fast fashion places to add to the wardrobe.

      It's always worth buying every piece, which you really like and it´s a good quality. This post is about winter inspiration, so obviously no one wears winter clothes like knitwear and jackets in summer!:)

    I am surrounded by tartan in last time: my boyfriend is spending a few months in Scotland and all Christmas presents were related with the country, so... tartan was everywhere! ; )
