Punk´s Not Dead

Hello friends! It´s a style which I wore in my teenage years. I was more goth punk girl who often made her clothes, painted on them and attached different kinds of rivets, pyramid tacks. Of course I remake clothes for my friends as well, because it makes me happy when someone is happy.
Even nowadays my more feminine style, reminds a lot of  this style especially in this cold seasons,
when I´m not in the mood for bright colours.

This trend does not have much in common with old punk fashion by Vivienne Westwood.
Punk over the years has incorporated many subcultures and substyles. Regardless of these, the core was always a sense of rebellion and controversy; something meant to shock. In today’s fast world, shock is something that is much harder to do.

The punk fashion trend in 2013 is less about an overall theme and more about mixing punk elements with other seasonal trends. For example, something feminine with a punk-rock edge. What you get is the best of a shocking subculture turned utterly glamorous.
